Individual coaching is ideal for people who need to:

  • Make major presentations
  • Present or do business in a second language

Over the years, I’ve worked with various people to improve my skills, but the breakthrough came when I worked with Michael

We’ve coached senior executives in banking, insurance, manufacturing, management consulting and pharmaceuticals to deliver stronger more effective presentations. Perhaps our best known Canadian client is Bernard Voyer, who led the second Quebec team to reach the peak of Mt. Everest.

Every client’s needs are different and so are the ways we work with them. But each assignment follows a similar pattern:

  • We meet and discuss objectives
  • Given the objectives, we suggest ways we could work together: exercises, work sessions, rehearsal
  • We agree on a plan and get to work

Typically, a coaching session takes place once a week and lasts 1 hour. The number of sessions depends on the client’s circumstances, needs and objectives. However, we’ve found that people learn more when they:

  1. Understands clearly what they want to achieve
  2. Wants to achieve a specific objective – make a great presentation to the board next quarter – rather than a general objective – improve their presentation skills
  3. Is determined to succeed

Our work together will often include the writing or the editing of speeches and presentation materials.  We help our clients deliver high impact speeches and presentations that are easy for them to deliver.
