This month, at the Hinton & Company DEIB Collaborative Meet-Up, we focused on the theme of inclusive communications as it relates to achieving DEI goals within an organization. Thank you to our host, the Urban League of Greater Chattanooga, our sponsors, partners, and panel participants for leading a thought-provoking conversation around the essentials of communicating DEI strategy and goals with your organization so employees are part of the mission vs. on watching from the sidelines.

The panelists shared their experiences on successfully incorporating inclusive communication in their organizations' DEI strategies and how these strategies have influenced their communications both internally and externally. These events allow us to share our experiences and collaborate with others to drive meaningful change across industries and communities.

Moderators: Greg Funderburg and Sarah Concepcion

Speakers:
Dalya Qualls, Senior VP, Chief Communications Officer, BCBS
Megan Flynn, VP, Talent, Culture, and Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer, Tennessee Valley Authority
