    In this symposium, Our CEO, Wade A. Hinton, Esq. will moderate a critical discussion titled "On Deck: State Courts and Challenges to Corporate Diversity and Inclusion Efforts." This panel will explore the increasing challenges to DEI programs from state attorneys general and public-interest groups, sparked by the U.S. Supreme Court's recent affirmative-action decision.

Building Inclusive Communities

The March Hinton & Company DEIB Collaborative Meet-Up focused on inclusive communications and its role in achieving DEI goals in organizations. The panelists shared their successful experiences in incorporating inclusive communication strategies in their organizations' DEI strategies. The event was held at the Urban League of Greater Chattanooga and provided an opportunity to collaborate with others and drive meaningful change.
