  • The program starts in mid/late July 2024 and spans four (4) months, offering transformative experiences with instruction in foundational leadership skills and personalized coaching.

  • The ALA begins with a comprehensive assessment to identify key areas for your development. Throughout the program, you will engage in activities designed to enhance your understanding of effective leadership and apply new strategies within your role and beyond.

  • The ALA instructors bring a wide range of experience, having worked at and with leaders in various industries, including Fortune 500 companies, healthcare, manufacturing, professional athletics, and global banking.

  • While we understand the demands of personal and professional life, we expect participants to attend at least 75% of the group and individual sessions to ensure a cohesive and impactful experience.

  • Admission to the ALA requires completing a short application where you will outline your career journey and explain how the program aligns with your leadership goals.

  • The standard fee for the ALA is $3,500. However, as part of our pilot cohort, we are offering a special rate of $2,750. We encourage you to seek sponsorship from your organization, as many have budgets allocated for employee training and development.
