While there have been national scans of DEI organizational health, Hinton & Company in partnership with the Urban League of Chattanooga will launch a tool that provides a more localized assessment of where a cross-sector of organizations are on inclusive practices and commitments in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Organizations taking part will be listed as a participant while their results remain anonymous.
Data
Participants will receive a detailed community report at the conclusion of the index.

Organization representatives will be invited to a closed-door session to discuss report findings and recommendations.
